Camille Eden

Camille Eden is a respected independent executive consultant for talent development and talent acquisition, known for shaping the teams behind some of the most successful animated properties of the last decade. She is currently the Senior Recruitment Manager at Dream Games Animation in London. Previously, she led strategies as VP of Talent Acquisition, Talent Development and Outreach for Nickelodeon Animation Studio, finding and placing new talent to help develop a growing slate of series and feature productions. Eden’s team staffed roles on both big kids and preschool animation across television and movies, including SpongeBob SquarePants, The Patrick Star Show, Rugrats, Big Nate, Star Trek: Prodigy, Blaze and the Monster Machines, Monster High, Transformers: EarthSpark and many more.

Prior to joining Nickelodeon, Eden spent nearly a decade at Walt Disney Animation Studios as Manager of Talent Acquisition and Outreach. There, she built a reputation for promoting diverse and inclusive hiring practices while helping staff projects like Frozen and Frozen 2, Wreck-it Ralph, Moana, Zootopia and Big Hero 6.

Additionally, she has worked across recruitment and production at Framestore, Sony Pictures Imageworks, DreamWorks and Industrial Light and Magic.

Camille is passionate about building a recruitment culture and bringing a diverse lens to hiring the best talent at all levels, partnering with executives, non-profit organizations and advocacy groups on developing not only emerging talent but building on learning, growth and development for seasoned professionals.
