Current Vacancies:

MAF Marketing Manager (2026)

Details: £28,000 pro-rata. Part-time fixed term contract (3 days per week, Mon 31 Aug – Fri 27 Nov, 24 hours per week). Note: Full time required Mon 2 – Fri 13 Nov.

The Marketing Manager will be a key member of the festival team, responsible for developing, delivering and analysing effective marketing and communications for the festival across several platforms including Social, Newsletters and Print. You will work with our social media team and press agency to focus on growing brand awareness, audiences, profile and sales. Our ideal candidate will be motivated and enthusiastic with excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail. They will be very organised, proactive and confident in working independently towards tight deadlines ensuring that the festival is delivered to the highest quality.

Guest Services Coordinator (2026)

Details: £26,000 pro-rata. Part-time fixed term contract (3 days per week Mon 31 Aug – Fri 20 Nov (24 hours per week). Note: Full time required Mon 2 – Fri 13 Nov.

The Guest Services Coordinator will be a key member of the festival team, ensuring all festival guests and filmmakers are looked after during the festival. You will be their main contact for their travel and accommodation as well as their scheduling during the festival. Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail. They will be very organised, proactive, enthusiastic and confident in working independently towards tight deadlines ensuring that the festival is delivered to the highest quality. We are looking for someone flexible, committed, with excellent customer service.
