Deborah Casswell

Deborah is Executive Creative Director at Nexus Studios. Her projects range from Right Runner for UNICEF, a game that empowers kids through play, to AI: More than Human at the Barbican, an art installation that lets audiences explore uncharted futures. She crafted a storytelling installation for the World Economic Forum that celebrated AI’s positive impact on communities for Google Cloud. In 2024, she worked with Meta to launch the Headspace XR app. This first-of-its-kind virtual playground for the mind was recognised by Fast Company’s Next Big Thing in Tech, Tribeca X and the Anthem Awards for its meaningful contribution to mental health practices. Most recently, she collaborated with Meta, Universal Pictures and Blumhouse to create Blumhouse Enhanced Cinema, a VR home-cinema experience with immersive visual effects bringing a new dimension to horror.

Daniel Efergan

Daniel is a creative director with over 25 years of experience exploring the murky edges of emerging platforms within the entertainment industry. Daniel was Executive Creative Director at Aardman Animations for many of those years, developing interactive and immersive works - from early socials to console games - and leading innovation within the company. He’s recently dedicated his full attention to working out how frontier technologies are changing the way humans create, simultaneously amazed and worried how automation, fragmentation and democratisation are changing both artist and industry.

Siri Melchior

Siri Melchior is a director, designer and illustrator living and working in London. Siri focuses specifically on children's animation and storytelling. She has directed and designed several shorts and series. Her short film “The Dog Who Was a Cat Inside” was nominated for a BAFTA. She has produced two independent pre-school TV series, both based on her own books: “Rita and Crocodile” and “LILI”. “Rita and Crocodile” won several awards including best TV series at Annecy Animation Festival and best TV production at Chicago Children´s Film Festival. Two years later, “LILI” also won best TV series at Annecy. For the past four years, Siri has brought her distinctive vision to the Apple TV+ animated series Not a Box, directing and designing the adaptation of the beloved, award-winning children’s book into a bold and imaginative new show.
