It’s nearly time for Northwestivus, the animation networking event where you can join attendees and guests of the festival for an informal mingle in the bar. Does this fill you with more dread than excitement? Are you not sure what all this “networking” is about? What are the dos and don’t of such events? Want a bit of informal prep before launching yourself in the crowd?

Join Jen & Isabelle from MAF for an informal session where they will share their experience, tips and tricks to gently ease you in the world of networking, before trying it out yourself afterwards at Northwestivus across the road.

Please note this is a free session but priority will be given to pass holders.

Jen Hall

Jen is the Executive Producer & Programmer of Manchester Animation Festival. She is a founding member of MAF, and has been working in the independent film and festival sector for 15 years.

Isabelle Croissant

Isabelle has been a short film programmer for MAF since 2017.
She is an experienced creative producer and programme manager with experience nurturing artists, building inclusive networks and creating space for meaningful collaboration across the film and digital sector. She was previously part of the Artist Development team at HOME, with a focus on film and digital.
