Crow, Starfish and Unicorn

Crow, Starfish and Unicorn

Dir. Xiaoxuan Han | China

Days pass in an unhappy household as a silent starfish creator moulds family members, by cutting off their own spikes. The creator is never happy with their work - and the creations must struggle to keep each other safe. A unicorn that loses its horn turns into a crow, but the starfish who creates all life doesn't care until their unwilling assistant falls in love with their first creation: a fish. This is a story inspired by Asian parent-child relationships.
