Kara Oropallo

Kara’s goal is to create a healthy and happy employee experience by connecting artists and managers with the tools and networks they need to succeed — both at the start of their careers and throughout journeys. Kara started her career at DreamWorks Animation where she worked on films such as Rise of the Guardians, The Croods, Trolls, and Boss Baby. Prior to joining DNEG Animation in 2021, Kara taught production management and creative leadership. She conducted workshops with loads of studios and learned a ton!
