Paul Young
Paul is Co-Founder & Creative Director at Cartoon Saloon.
An IFTA and Annie Award winner and Oscar®, Emmy and BAFTA nominee, Paul has produced the animated features My Father’s Dragon, WolfWalkers, The Secret of Kells, Song of the Sea and The Breadwinner, as well as several award-winning TV series including Puffin Rock and Dorg Van Dango.
Paul made his directorial debut with Screecher’s Reach, a short film in the Star Wars: Visions anthology. The film earned him an Annie Award for Best Direction and also went on to win an Emmy Award for Art Direction.
Paul is also an award-winning cartoonist and illustrator.
