Sara Nagy
Sara has had an incredible three-year journey as a Senior Recruiter at ILM London. She gets to work daily with the world’s top VFX talent, which truly lets her merge her career with her love for film and the creative arts. Sara’s focus is on sourcing talent across a wide range of departments, including Art, Layout, Lighting, Compositing, Lookdev, Editorial, Generalists, plus Production, Facilities, and ILM’s innovative StageCraft team. Sara brought her recruitment foundation from the tech and engineering sectors into the VFX world in 2018 and immediately found her home.
Sara is also deeply committed to supporting the Jedi Academy, helping to launch the careers of emerging talent. Her ultimate goal is simple: to ensure every candidate and hiring manager has a fair, engaging, and positive recruitment experience.
