Dates:
Manchester Animation Festival runs from Sun 9 – Thu 13 Nov in venues across Manchester. Then we continue online between Fri 14 – Sun 30 Nov.

Key things to know

• We are the UK’s only Oscar® and BAFTA-qualifying animation festival
• We have over 100 events at this year’s festival
• The festival’s core venue is HOME, with other events taking place at Manchester Central Library, The Anthony Burgess Foundation, Impossible, Gasworks, The Bridgewater Hall, and Maldron Hotel.
• The online programme will include short film screenings, Q&A’s and Masterclasses. 
• This year’s programme of talks has a focus on breaking into the animation industry, highlighting a diversity of perspectives and experiences across animation and working towards an inclusive animation industry for all.
